Ryan Holiday has built his life around studying the Stoics from ancient days. He has written several books, and has an interesting Facebook page. Although, I can’t say I agree with him about everything he has given me some food for thought.
I don’t think I ever really thought about it before when it comes to the trade off between yes and no. I have learned as I’ve gotten older to say no to things I really don’t want to do.
However, I’m beginning to reevaluate “yes”. Time is the one resource we don’t get back.
